How we work
From the first call, a clear path
Transparent, predictable, and the same team from discovery to years of support. Here's exactly what working with us looks like.
The path
Six steps, start to stay
- 01
Discovery
A free first conversation. We learn how you live or operate, what you want, and what success looks like — before proposing anything.
- 02
Site assessment
We walk the space and survey it properly — network, power, layout — so the design fits reality, not a brochure.
- 03
Proposal
One clear proposal: the right platform for you, an itemised price, and a real timeline. No surprises later.
- 04
Installation
Our own certified teams install and configure — cleanly, on schedule, coordinated with your build or fit-out.
- 05
Training & handover
We hand over a documented, as-built system and train you to use it — with quick-start guides made for your setup.
- 06
We stay
Proactive monitoring, annual health checks, and an under-2-hour critical-response target. The same local team, for years.
Step 06, in practice
We don't hand over and vanish
The same dashboard we run our own business on watches yours — monitoring, alerts and health checks — so issues are handled before you notice them.
One local team stays accountable for the system, for years.
Questions
Before you begin
Is the first consultation really free?
Yes. The discovery call is free and carries no obligation — its only purpose is to understand your needs before anything is proposed or priced.
How long does the whole process take?
It depends on scope. A single room or small system is typically a few weeks; a whole home, building or multi-site rollout runs from several weeks to a few months. You receive a real, committed timeline in the proposal before any work begins.
Will I see pricing before I commit?
Yes. The proposal is itemised and transparent — platform, hardware, labour and timeline — with no hidden costs added later.
Do you subcontract the installation?
No. Installation and configuration are carried out by our own certified teams, so one accountable group owns the result end to end.
What happens after handover?
The same local team stays with the system: proactive monitoring, annual health checks, software updates, and a critical-issue response target under two hours.
Do you deliver this process in both the UAE and East Africa?
Yes. We run the same process on the ground in Dubai and across East Africa, including Uganda and Kenya.
